By downloading or using The Minutes (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.

The service

The App helps you create transcripts and meeting documents (minutes, summaries, exports). Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on or sharing it.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate laws or infringe rights
• Upload content you do not have permission to record or process
• Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

Intellectual property

The App and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to your original content. Generated outputs are provided to you for your use.

Availability and changes

We may update or change the App over time, and may suspend features to maintain service integrity.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee that transcripts or summaries will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
