Getting started

Tap Record to capture a meeting (or Write to type notes).

After processing, you’ll see a Summary and Transcript.

Use Creations to generate minutes, key points, cleaned transcript, email draft, and more.

Why does it only show one speaker?

Right now The Minutes treats the transcript as a single continuous voice. Multi-speaker labels are planned for a future update.

How do I share minutes?

Open a note, choose the output (Minutes, Email Draft, etc.), then copy or share from the action menu.

Can I delete my recordings and notes?

Yes — you can delete meeting data from inside the app at any time.

My transcription is wrong — what can I do?

Shorter recordings and clear audio improve accuracy. Try recording closer to the speaker and reducing background noise.
